
2011 TCI User Conference Suggested Tracks
Over the years, you’ve asked us to provide you with suggested session itineraries. This year, we’ve created these suggested session tracks to help you maximize your conference experience and ROI. However, please note these tracks are intended as a suggestion, and that you should build your itinerary based on your particular role, needs, and industry. If you would like additional assistance with session selection, please contact your Customer Relationship Manager or email tciuserconference@taxcomp.com.
- LicenseHQ - You know how to use LicenseHQ, but are you really maximizing your license process efficiency? This track includes training on advanced topics such as custom reporting, advanced payment options, and how to customize the system to match your workflow and ensure you’re getting the most out of LicenseHQ.
- New PTMS Users - New to PTMS, or never received any formal PTMS training? This track will provide you with the foundation, knowledge, and skills you’ll need to successfully manage your compliance process and satisfy your internal reporting requirements.
- Property Tax Managers - As managers, you’re not performing the detailed compliance work, but you need to understand PTMS processes and how to obtain important information quickly and easily. This track will provide you with both so you can spend less time dealing with compliance tasks and more time on others, such as tax minimization and achieving a better bottom line.
- Real Estate Professionals - Learn to master PTMS for your real property. Learn everything from system navigation to working with comparable properties, accruals, appeals, payments, and more. These sessions will help ensure you’re maximizing your ROI while minimizing the time spent on your real property taxes.
- BPP Return Filers - Learn everything from importing, scrubbing, and classifying your assets, to calculating asset values, to printing your returns. Are you spending too much time on mindless repetitive tasks? Are you certain you’re setting yourself up to be assessed at the lowest legal value? Ensure you’re spending less time on the mundane and getting the best results.
- Value Notice and Payment Processors - ; Whether you process one hundred property tax bills or one thousand, this track will provide you with valuable insight on how to maximize your efficiency and minimize your taxes. Learn how to identify instances of overvaluation, manage appeals, process bills individually and en masse, and much more.

Featured Session - Capture Efficiency with PTMS WorkSpace
TCI WorkSpace integrates Document Management, Information Collection and Collaboration, Workflow, and Business Analytics with TCI's line of tax applications.
