Conference Wrap-Up
Tax Compliance, Inc. convened its 2010 TCI User Conference October 25 - 27, 2010 at the beautiful Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, conveniently situated adjacent to the San Diego Convention Center and the Gaslamp Quarter. The hotel offered an ideal setting for three days of learning, networking, brainstorming, and fun.
"I think our customers liked the direction we’ve taken with all of our new offerings— how our new PTMS system will simplify their lives; the monumental potential of TCI WorkSpace, and that LicenseHQ has really come of age," said Scott Strauss CEO of Tax Compliance, Inc. "More importantly, they provided us with the some excellent feedback for further development."
"The 2010 TCI user conference eased my concerns about New PTMS," said Scot Vanden Heuvel, American Family Insurance. "I’m so excited to change that I bumped up my implementation date."
"I was able to interact with the LicenseHQ staff and express many ideas for enhancements to make different procedures within the system run even smoother in the future. The 2010 TCI User Conference provided the TCI Community with valuable hands-on training, featuring scores of distinct session topics presented by TCI staff members and customers. Each session generated a large amount of participation and enthusiasm among attendees.
With so many tax professionals in attendance, the 2010 TCI User Conference also offered an excellent networking opportunity for state and local tax professionals. Attendees had direct access to TCI personnel for one-on-one meetings and additional instruction, and TCI’s development staff came away with countless ideas for future enhancements to its software products. "Above all else, we host this conference to listen to, and better understand, our customers," said Strauss, "Now we're anxious to take these ideas and get back to work."
