Welcome to the 2011 TCI User Conference

The 2011 TCI User Conference will take place September 26-28, 2011 in San Diego at the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego (we will conduct the One-Day LicenseHQ Track on Monday, September 26th). Here are the top eight reasons why the 2011 TCI User Conference will make you a lot more productive, simplify your life, and enhance your bottom line:

  1. Streamline your procedures

Learn to streamline your procedures so you can save both time and money. We've added many new time- and tax-saving features in our software solutions over the past few years. You need to come to the 2011 TCI User Conference to ensure you're not wasting time and money doing things "the old way". Are you performing tasks manually which could be done via import? Do you know about the new advanced global replace options in PTMS? Are you taking full advantage of its ability to copy and paste to/from Excel? Are you still manually keying in tax bills and assessment notices? Are you processing license renewals one at a time or in bulk? Are you still handling licenses for your personnel manually? Are you effectively managing your inspection procedures?
  2. Master tax saving strategies

Attend our tax-specific sessions and benefit from valuable insights provided by outside tax experts. This year we're repeating each of the consultant-led conference sessions so you'll have a better opportunity to attend all of them.
  3. Receive training on advanced features and find out how to implement them

You asked for it, so we've included more sessions on advanced topics and provided you with more resources so you can implement them. Attend our case study sessions detailing how customers successfully implemented different solutions. Drop by the conference WorkShop area to speak with TCI Implementation and Support Staff to discuss how to best implement new compliance areas and functions (such as forecasting, payments, accruals for property tax and inspections, vehicles, and contracts for licensing).
  4. Get to know your peers and learn from them

PETCO ParkWith so many property tax and license compliance professionals in attendance, the 2011 TCI User Conference provides you with an ideal networking opportunity. Participate in our round-table discussions and share your ideas. Discuss tax and licensing issues with other professionals while taking in a baseball game.
  5. Witness innovative solutions

The conference WorkShop area will showcase the latest TCI solutions with in-depth product demonstrations. You will also have a chance to interact with these solutions hands-on as we've loaded systems with sample data, so you can see the benefits for yourself.
  6. Use multiple training tracks (beginner, managerial, etc.) to tailor the conference to your needs

Can't decide which sessions to attend? Use our suggested session tracks to help maximize your conference experience and ROI.
  7. Earn valuable CPE Credits

Attendees are eligible to earn CPE credits for many 2011 TCI User Conference sessions. As part of our continuing commitment to providing high-quality training offerings, TCI is a registered sponsor of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
